- The service: We’re still focused on protecting small businesses and contractors with the right coverage.
- The commitment: We’ll always be here to answer your questions, guide you through insurance decisions, and be in your corner when you need us.
Do you need to do anything?
- The MOST IMPORTANT thing is to update every email you have for us to @jxxinsurance.com.
- For example, our service team is now [email protected]. Same goes for all of our individual broker emails. They all end in @jxxinsurance.com now.
- Your policies, coverages, and contacts are exactly the same. Just look for our new name and logo on emails, documents, and our website going forward.

No. Your policies and coverages remain exactly the same. The only change is our name and look.
Will my billing or payment information change?
Nope — everything stays the same. If you have automatic payments set up, nothing needs to be updated.

Yes! You’ll still be working with the same team members you know and trust. Our emails will come from our new domain, but they’ll all reach the same people.
What if I send an email to the old address?
